Method 2: Creating Unicode

If the above method that is ScanPST.exe doesn’t work as per plan. Then you can use this technique.

• For this, first, you have to create a new Microsoft Outlook PST file with a new Unicode format
• Now set this file as your default file
• And then import your old PST file data
