What is Email Client and its history?
An email client is a computer software that permits the user to organize emails while utilizing the local machine. Users must have entered valid email and password before continuing the access of the email account respectively. For a working email service, one must check the following things thoroughly: configurations, password, username, port server, port numbers, and other required settings.
The email client can recover new email messages from the email service provider’s server at a predefined time interval. New email messages are then received through the email service agent and then are saved on the local machine desktop. Emails are received with the help of an email service operator and therefore stored on the local machine desktop. Reviewing and creating messages is way possible even if the PC doesn't have an established internet connection.
Since the messages are downloaded into a personal computer, an upgraded anti-virus application is required to examine them. Some of the know email clients are MS Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Hotmail, etc.
