Start the Zoho Backup Tool as administrator on your local system.
Here, enter the Zoho email address and third-party app password. Click on the Sign In button.
Another wizard gets loaded with the Zoho Mail account data. Expand it to preview all files, folders, and sub-folders. Select to export and click Next.
Now, select the file format from the drop-down menu of Saves/Backup/Migrate As. Let’s say PST.
Check these features and filters as per your requirements:
Click on the Skip Previously Migrated Items option to leave the previously backup emails from the selected folder.
If necessary, you can also go for these options:
Opt with this Mail Filter to separate the Zoho mailbox emails into an individual date range.
This option assigns the folder name in which the backup files will be stored.
Press on the Path to Save button to select the destination location for the new backup folder.
Lastly, tap Convert to begin the backup of Zoho Mail emails into PST file format.
Finally, download the resultant report of the backup by pressing on the Download Report. In addition, you can also start the downloading of Zoho emails once more using the Convert Again button.
Follow the steps from 1 to 3 as before and then go along with the below steps to migrate Zoho Mail emails to different email clients:
Select the email client from the drop-down list of Saves/Backup/Migrate As options. Here, the selected email client is Gmail.
Here, you have to type the Gmail ID and third-party app password and click on the Sign In button.

Checkbox the Mail Filter option to filter the migrated emails into a specific date range.
Check this option to define a unique name for the resultant folder.
Click the Convert button to start the migration of Zoho Mail emails into Gmail.
Finally, download the conversion report of Zoho emails by tapping the Download Report button. In addition, click Convert Again to restart the process.
