Step By Step Guide to Download Emails From Yandex Mail

Steps to Backup Yandex Emails into Several File Formats

• Step 1: Install and Launch the SysInfo Yandex Backup Software as an administrator on your PC.
  
• Step 2: Now, enter your login credentials in the software and Click Sign In (Yandex Id & Third-Party App Password).
  And if you don't have a third-party app password for Yandex, you can easily create it by clicking on the link below.
  
• Step 3: Here, you can view the tree structure containing all the folders of the login account.
  
• Step 4: Check the folders and files from the tree you want to backup and tap on the Next button.
  
• Step 5: Now, select the file format from the drop-down menu of Saves/Backup/Migrate As. (The chosen file format is EML).
  
• Step 6: Check these features, if required:
  
  • Remove Duplicate Mail: Check this to delete the repetitive emails from the chosen Yandex folders.
  • Maintain Folder Hierarchy: Tick this to maintain the folder's structure as per its previous hierarchy.
  
• Step 7: If you needed, then tick these features:
  
  • Free Up Server Space: Opt for this option to delete emails from the Yandex server after taking backup.
  • Skip Previously Migrated Items: Check this to exclude the previously backup emails from selected Yandex folders.
    Note:- You can select this option only when you previously completed the backup of Yandex emails using Sysinfo Yandex Backup Software.
  • Migrate or backup without attachments files: Opt for this feature to backup only the emails from folders.
  
• Step 8: Check this to Set the scheduled backup for Yandex emails.
  
• Step 9: Opt With these, if you required:
  
  • Mail Filter: It filters the Yandex emails in between two date ranges.
  • Custom Folder Name: Go with this to type the name for a new resultant folder.
  • Naming Convention: Select the saving format for the output folder.
  
• Step 10:Tap these Options:
  
  • Path To Save: Click this to select the destination location for the new backup folder.
  • Convert: Tap on this to start the backup process of Yandex emails into EML format.
  
• Step 11: Finally, save the conversion report of Yandex emails by clicking on the Download report. Moreover, you begin the backup process again using the Convert Again button.
  

Steps to Migrate Yandex Emails into Other Email Clients

Follow the above steps from 1 to 4 carefully to migrate Yandex Mail emails into different email clients:

• Step 5: Now, choose the email client from the drop-down list of the Saves/Backup/Migrate As. (Here, I select the email client as Zoho Mail)
  
• Step 6: In the opening window, enter your login credentials and click on the Sign In Button. (Zoho Id & Third-party App Password)
  
• Step 7: If necessary, then check these features:
  
  • Remove Duplicate Mail: Tick this option to vanish the similar emails from Yandex folders.
  • Maintain Folder Hierarchy: Opt for this to maintain the proper structure of the backup folder.
  
• Step 8: If Required, then tick these features:
  
  • Free Up Server Space: check this to free up the storage from the Yandex Mail server.
  • Skip Previously Migrated Items: Tick this if you previously migrated emails using Sysinfo Yandex Backup Software.
  • Migrate or backup without attachments files: Check this to import only the chosen Yandex folders emails.
  
• Step 9: It allows setting the scheduled backup of Yandex emails Every day/Week/Month.
  
• Step 10: Check these features if you want:
  
  • Mail Filter: Tick this option to separate the Yandex emails on a particular date range.
  • Custom Folder Name: Check this to assign the output folder name.
  
• Step 11: Click on the Convert button to start Yandex emails to Gmail migration.
  
• Step 12: Finally, you can also download the conversion report of Yandex Mail into Zoho Mail by clicking on the Download Report button.
