Install and launch the SysInfo Yandex Backup Software as an administrator on your PC.

Now, enter your login credentials (Yandex ID & Third-Party App Password) in the software and click Sign In.

Here, you can view the tree structure containing all the folders of the login account.

Check the folders and files from the tree you want to backup and tap on the Next button.

Now, select the file format from the drop-down menu of Saves/Backup/Migrate As. (The chosen file format is EML).

Check these features, if required:

1. Remove Duplicate Mail: Check this to delete the repetitive emails from the chosen Yandex folders.
2. Maintain Folder Hierarchy: Tick this to maintain the folder's structure as per its previous hierarchy.

If you needed, then tick these features:

1. Free Up Server Space: Opt for this option to delete emails from the Yandex server after taking a backup.
2. Skip Previously Migrated Items: Check this to exclude the previously backup emails from selected Yandex folders.
3. Migrate or backup without attachment files: Opt for this feature to back up only the emails from folders.

Check this to Set the scheduled backup for Yandex emails.

Opt with these, if you require:

1. Mail Filter: It filters the Yandex emails between two date ranges.
2. Custom Folder Name: Go with this to type the name for a new resultant folder.
3. Naming Convention: Select the saving format for the output folder.

Click the Path To Save to select the destination location for the new backup folder.

Tap on Convert to start the backup process of Yandex emails into EML format.

Finally, save the conversion report of Yandex emails by clicking on the Download report. Moreover, you begin the backup process again using the Convert Again button.
