Download and run the WAB File Recovery Tool in your system as an administrator.

Now, click Open from the top menu. A pop-up will appear where you can add the corrupt file by clicking the Browse (...) icon.

Locate and select the corrupt or damaged Windows Address Book file in the system. Click Open to add.

Next, select the Recovery Mode: Standard or Advanced to repair the WAB file and recover the data content. Click OK.

The scanning process of the selected WAB file has been completed successfully. Click OK.

Further, click on any recovered contact to see its preview in the preview panel.

Click the Save option from the top menu to store the recovered file at your desired location.

Browse and select a folder location where you want to save the recovered WAB file. Click OK.

Wait until the saving process is finished. Once the saving process is completed successfully, click OK.

Lastly, click the Close icon, and when prompted to close the software, click Yes to exit.
