Download and install the SysInfo Webmail Backup Tool. Run it as an administrator on your system.
If you are a user with a single Webmail account, select Single Mode. Otherwise, go for Batch Mode to add a CSV file containing details for your multiple Webmail accounts.
Next, choose the desired Webmail (say AOL) from the left panel for which you want to take backup. Enter the necessary credentials and click Login.
Further, a tree hierarchy containing a list of all folders and sub-folders is shown. Choose folders to backup and click Next.
Now, expand the drop-down menu of backup options and choose the required file format. Here, it is PST.
Subsequently, press the Dest. Path button to provide a location path to save the resultant PST file. Click Next.
Utilize this filter to exclude similar items from your Webmail based on different criteria like To, From, Subject, and Body.

For selective migration of AOL mailbox data, checkbox the Date Filter option and specify a Start Date and End Date. Doing so, only the emails for that specific period between two dates will be backed up.
