Step-1:
Install VCF to CSV Converter

Download and run the SysInfo VCF to CSV Converter Software on your system.

Add vCard Files to Convert

Click the Add File/Add Folder icon to add the VCF files to the utility. Select VCF files and click Open.

List of vCards in the Panel

A list of added vCard files appears. Double-click on the added file to see the contacts saved in it. Further, press View under Preview to open the detailed information of the particular contact. .

Preview Selected Contact

A dialog appears. You will see personal details, such as name, nickname, birth date, job title, contact info, and other details. Once viewed and contacts selected, click Next.

Select Saving Format

Now, select the Output file format as CSV option from the drop-down list. You can also choose Google CSV, Outlook CSV, iCloud CSV, etc.

Manage Contact Pictures

Select either of the two options to manage Contact Pictures:

  • With Contact Picture: To convert vCard Contacts along with the contact picture.
  • Without Contact Picture: For converting Contacts from VCF to CSV, excluding the contact pictures.

Step-7:
Organize VCF in CSV

You get three options to manage VCF files in CSV, choose one: Convert each VCF file data into a CSV file, Merge multiple VCF files into a Single VCF file, or Extract each Contact and save as individual CSV files.

Apply Other Filters

Utilize the Skip Previously Migrated Data filter to convert only the new VCF contacts, excluding those already migrated. Additionally, you can choose to extract name, email, and contacts from CSV or Excel as desired.

Manage Contact Fields Option

Among the given options, choose how you want to manage contact fields in CSV:

  • All Contact Fields: The CSV file will contain all fields of VCF, even those that are empty.
  • Contact Fields Containing Values: CSV files will contain only fields with values.

Choose Saving Location

Click on the Destination Path and Log Path buttons to set a desired location to save the output CSV and log file, respectively.

Start VCF to CSV Conversion

Click on the Convert button to transfer the vCard file’s Contacts to CSV format.

Download Conversion Report

After the migration approach, you can view your resultant file and also download the report.

Note: If you have a need to merge or split vCard contact files, then we have a special feature in the tool.
Step-13:
Split VCF Files

Click on the Merger and Splitter option in the tabs above. A dialog appears. Select Splitter and you get two options:

  • Split by each Contact: To divide the multiple VCFs into individual VCFs from a folder separately.
  • Split by number of Contacts: To divide the bulk VCF file into smaller ones based on a particular set of numbers.

Merge VCF Files

Alternatively, in the same window, you can either opt to combine individual VCF contacts into a single file. Click on the Merger radio option. Once you do so, a Remove Duplicate feature is also available to skip similar contacts from the VCF based on criteria like First Name, Last Name, Contact No., and Mail ID.

Specify Destination

Now, whether you merge or split the vCard file, to save it, press the Destination Path button, choose a location, and click Open.

Save Merge/Split VCF

Finally, hit the Export button to complete the merge or split of the VCF contacts. Click OK, and your saved file appears.
