Step-1:
Install and Run Tool

Start the SysInfo NSF Duplicate Remover Software as an administrator on your computer.

Choose File Options

The software shows you two different options:

  • Single File:- It allows users to select a single NSF file.
  • Multiple Files:- It allows users to select multiple NSF database files simultaneously.

Add Multiple Files

We select the Multiple NSF file option to add multiple NSF files and click the Next button.

Add File

Now, click on the Add NSF file button to browse the Lotus Notes NSF file.

Select NSF Files

Select the NSF file from your system and click the Open button.

Preview Files

The software shows you the added NSF file details, such as File Name and Size. Click on the Next button to continue.

Search Duplicate Items

Choose one that fits your needs: Search duplicate items in the same folder or Search duplicate items across the NSF file.

Apply Filters

You can also check these options:

  • Exclude All Folders:- It allows users to remove all document folders from the NSF file.
  • Time Format:- It allows performing filters based on time for selective duplicate removal.

Select Date Range

Choose the Predefined Time Period option to select the defined date range from the drop-down list.

Define Time Period

Select the Define Time Period Manually option to assign dates manually using the Start Date and End Date options. Then click on the Next button.

Comparison Criteria for Mail Items

Select Comparison Criteria for Mail Items by using the Comparison fields like Subject, Sender Name/Address, etc.

Comparison Criteria for Contacts

Choose Comparison Criteria for Contacts as per your preference.

Remove Duplicates

Click on the Remove Duplicate in Original NSF file option to choose different actions for the added NSF File to manage duplicate items.

Make New NSF File

Apart from this, you can also create a new NSF file to save the data separately.

Specify Destination

Click on the Browse button to select the saving path for the output folder. Click the Next button.

Preview Filters and Features

Here, you will find the Progress log containing all the added filters and features.

Start Process

Click on the Start Process button to remove duplicate items from the NSF files.

Finish the Duplicate process

Finally, the duplicate removal process for the selected NSF file has been completed, and click on the OK button.
