Install the SysInfo OneNote Converter on your system. Run it and tap Continue to proceed.
Now, proceed by clicking on the Select File or Select Folder button to upload OneNote Notebook Files to the tool.
After that, select the preferred OneNote Files you want to convert from your system. Click on Open.
After adding files to the tool, you will be able to view the complete list of selected files. In case there is a file that you do not wish to include, simply click on the file and then select Remove. Alternatively, click Remove All to remove all selected files at once. Click on Next to continue with the process.
Next, from the Saving Options available, select the preferred file format from the list to convert your OneNote Files.
Select PDF from the drop-down menu of file formats to save your OneNote documents.
Next, select the option to Migrate or Backup Without Attachments by ticking the corresponding checkbox. This will eliminate all attached files from the migration process.
Additionally, if you wish to transfer specific data, you can select the Date Filter feature. Simply select the desired dates.
You can also opt for the Custom Folder Name option, to customize the folder name where resultant files will be saved.
To assign a desired saving path for the output PDF, click on Path to Save. Otherwise, by default, the PDF file will be saved on the Desktop.
Finally, initiate the OneNote File Conversion process by clicking on the Convert button.
A pop-up message “File Created Successfully” will appear on the screen. Click Ok.
From the drop-down list of saving file formats, select image format- JPEG.
Check the Migrate or Backup Without Attachments option to prevent the migration of attachment files.
Further, opt for the Date Filter, for migrating only specific data. Specify the Start and End date from which you want to migrate data.
Select the Custom Folder Name feature to assign a specific name for the folder in which Output files will be saved.
Choose the preferred location for saving the JPEG File. Click on Path to Save and locate the saving destination. By default, the JPEG file will be saved on the Desktop.
Now that you have chosen all the required options, click on Convert to initiate OneNote File Conversion.
After the process is finished, a notification will appear stating “File Created Successfully”. Click on OK and proceed.
Lastly, after the conversion is done, click on Download Report to download the Conversion report in CSV format. Moreover, to restart the conversion, click on Convert Again.
