Install and launch the MSG File Viewer Tool as an administrator on your system.

You get two options: Add Files or Add Folder option on the right. If some file is added by mistake, use the Remove/Remove All option to eliminate them.

Click on Add Files or Add Folderas per your requirement. Browse MSG from your system and click on Open.

Once you select MSG files, a list of the added files appears in the panel of the software. It shows the file path and True/False signifying it is a Folder or not.

By default, the saving format is PDF. The tool saves MSG emails into PDFs that you can open on your system.

Click on the Browse(...) button in the Destination Path section. Specify the destination folder where you want to save output PDF files.

At the end of the panel, you can see a number of MSG files you have added to open.

Finally, click on Save to save MSG emails into PDF format and later open it on your system to preview.

You can select Date Filter to selectively open MSG files and Naming Conventions to save files as per your preferences.

Opt for the Maintain Folder Hierarchy option to ensure data is saved in the same format as earlier. Click on Apply.

You will see a pop-up on the screen, that you can ignore. Otherwise, you can upgrade the software for more features, if needed.

Note: You cannot read emails when selecting an entire folder (with NSF files). It will only show a list of files and the path in the preview.

The MSG Viewer starts saving MSG files into PDF. Click on Stop, if you have to stop conversion.

Once the conversion is complete, you will get a completion notification with the destination path. Click OK and open PDF on your PC to view.
