Download and Install Mac Outlook Duplicate Remover Tool
- Step 1: Install and Run the Outlook Duplicate Remover Tool as an Administrator on your PC.
- Step 2: In the opening wizard, you can view two options: Single File and Multiple Files/ Folder. Opt with one according to your requirement.

- Step 14: Choose the action from the drop-down you want to implement on the duplicate emails.
- Step 15: Moreover, if you select the Make a new folder option, assign the folder name.
- Step 16: After opting for all the required changes, click on the Save button.
- Step 17: Click on these features:
- Path To Save: Click on this to select the destination path of new PST files.
- Convert: Tap on this to start the removing process of duplicate items from the selected PST files.
- Step 18: Here, you can also save the report of the conversion process by clicking on the Download Report button.
