Install the MBOX converter on your computer and start it as “Run as Administrator”. After that, click the Continue button to proceed further.

Alternatively, you can load the existing Thunderbird file in your system with the option of Select Profile.

After you select the files, recheck them again and choose the files you want to proceed with, and click the Next button.

You can use the search bar to easily search for any content in the tree and table. In the table search, users are allowed to search based on To, From, and Subject.

After successfully adding the MBOX files, expand the tree structure and view the details in the right panel, such as To, From, and Subject.

After selecting the files, the tool offers to preview your file in the preview panel by just double-clicking any file. After successfully previewing the file, click Next.

With the help of the “View in browser” options you can view your email on your default web browser.

Select any available file format in which you want to convert your MBOX file. For instance, we are proceeding with the PDF (Portable Document Format ) file format.
