2. User Interface

As soon as the user Launch Mac Gmail Backup tool, the first image he sees is to enter the Gmail Email Address and Password in order to continue to the next step.

5. Software Working

5.1. Convert Gmail Emails to File Format

Launch Mac Gmail Backup Tool and Enter the Credentials.
Select the File format in which Gmail Email has to be converted.
Apply Date Range Filters and Naming Convention option to the Emails.
The conversion process will start and progress can be seen in the Bar.
After the completion of the saving process, the user will receive a Confirmation Message.

5.2. Import Gmail Emails into Email Client

Open Mac Gmail Converter and Enter the Email Address and Password of the Gmail Account.
Select the Email Client in which the Emails has to be Exported.
Apply Date Range Filters if needed and Mark Delete after Download to create space into Gmail Mailbox.
Enter the Credentials of the Respective Email Client in which the user is exporting Gmail Emails.
The Exporting Process will start and the user can see the progress of the process.
Once the process gets completes the user will receive a Confirmation Message.
Once the user has Converted Gmail Emails, he can Logout and Close the Application.
