Steps to Migrate IMAP Emails to Outlook PST

• Step 1: Launch the IMAP Migration for Linux and click on the Import CSV Button.
  
• Step 2: Choose the CSV File having the IMAP Account details like Password, User ID, Host Name, and Port No.
  
• Step 3: Now you can see all the IMAP User IDs, Passwords, Host Names, and Port Numbers.
  
• Step 4: Mark the IMAP Email IDs that you want to migrate to PST file format and click on Next.
  
• Step 5: Now you can Preview all emails of the IMAP IDs you have marked.
  
• Step 6: Then in the Saving Format Choose PST or any other file format to which you want to backup IMAP emails.
  
• Step 7: Define the Path on Linux where you want to save the PST file and click on Next to Continue.
  
• Step 8: You can remove duplicate emails during the migration as well.
  
• Step 9: If you want to delete emails from your IMAP account, choose the Free Up Server Space option.
  
• Step 10: Mark the Save Attachment Folder option to save all the attachments separately after migration
  
• Step 11: Apply the Date Range Filter option or you can even split the resultant PST file if it is too large.
  
• Step 12: Finally, click the Convert button and all your IMAP emails will be moved to a PST file.
  
• Step 13: You can see the details of the migration process at the end and even download the report through the Download Report button.
  

Steps to Migrate IMAP Emails to Office 365 on Linux

Note:- You will have to Apply the Steps from Step 1 to Step 5 and then follow the steps given below:-

• Step 6: Choose the Saving Format as Office 365 and click on the Next button.
  
• Step 7: Then click on the Login button the authenticate the Office 365 Login.
  
• Step 8: Enter your Office 365 Email Address and click on the Next button.
  
• Step 9: Enter the Password and Click on the Sign-in button.
  
• Step 10: Once the login process is authenticated, you will receive a confirmation.
  
• Step 11: Tick mark the Assign Impersonation Right option and click on Login.
  
• Step 12: Now you can see all the Office 365 Email Addresses. Mark the Email Address to which you want to migrate IMAP emails. Click on Next to Continue.
  
• Step 13: Now Apply the various features and filters of this software as per your needs and click on the Convert Button.
  
• Step 14: All your IMAP emails will be migrated to Office 365 and you can download the conversion report.
