Step-1:
Install and Run Tool

Launch the iCloud Backup Tool on your system as an administrator.

Select Account Mode

Choose either Single Mode to backup data from a single iCloud account or Batch Mode for multiple iCloud accounts. Here, we pick the Single Mode.

Sign In iCloud Account

Enter the iCloud credentials like ID and App Password. Click on the Sign In button.

Preview and Select Emails

Now you can choose the iCloud Emails you want to backup from the preview panel and click on the Next button.

Select Saving Format

Choose PST in the Save As option to save the iCloud emails in your Outlook account.

Remove Duplicates

You can even remove duplicates from your iCloud emails on the basis of To, From, Subject, and Body.

Free Server Space

If you want to create space on your iCloud account, you can mark the Free Up Server Space option.

Exclude Attachments

Choose the Migrate or backup emails without attachment files option to remove them while converting to the PST file from iCloud.

Split Resultant PST

When you migrate iCloud emails to PST then you have the option to Split resultant PST files as per MB or GB.

Date Range Filter

Apply the Date Range (Mail Filter) if you want to filter emails for specific dates.

Custom Folder Name

Additionally, you can opt to provide a unique Custom Folder Name to the resultant file for quick access.

Specify Destination

Click the Path to Save button to define the path where you want to save the resultant PST file.

Convert iCloud Email to PST

Finally, click on the Convert button to migrate iCloud Emails to Outlook PST.

Process Completes

You will receive a confirmation message after the completion of the migration process. Click OK.

You can download the conversion report through the Download Report button.

You can see all the iCloud Email Addresses added for email backup. Click Sign In.

Now you can choose the iCloud Emails you want to backup and click on the Next button.

In the Save As option list, choose Office 365 to migrate your iCloud emails.

Sign In Office 365

Then mark the Modern Authentication box and click on the Sign In button.

Select O365 Account

Enter your O365 Email Address to which you want to save and click on the Next button.

Enter Password

Provide your Microsoft Office 365 account password and click on the Sign In button.

Browser Authentication

You will receive the Authentication Successful Message once you are logged into O365. Then, return to the software.

Skip Duplicates

Select the Remove Duplicates option and skip duplicates from the resultant email client on the basis of To, From, Subject, and Body.

Free Server Space

Use the Free Up Server Space option to delete iCloud Emails once they are migrated to Office 365.

Skip Folders

There is also an option to Skip the Trash Folder and Skip Junk Folder during migration.

Exclude Attachments

You can even migrate iCloud to Office 365 without attachments by selecting the Migrate or Backup Emails without attachments option.

Date Range Filter

Use the Date Range filter to convert only specified emails by providing a start and end date.

Custom Folder Name

Give a unique name to the resultant folder by the Custom Folder Name option, if required.

Select M365 Mailbox

You can even migrate iCloud emails directly to Office 365’s Mailbox, Public Folder, and Online Archive.

Migrate iCloud to Office 365

Finally, click on the Convert button and all your iCloud emails will be migrated to Office 365. Then, click OK and Download Report.
