Launch the Sysinfo PDF Protection Tool on your System.
Click on the Add Files or Add Folder button to add the PDF file to be protected
Choose the PDF File that you want to protect and click on the Open button.
Now you can view the properties of the PDF file you have Added. Click on the Next button to continue.
On the top, you will see the “Choose Encryption Level” option. Expand the drop-down and choose one for the PDF files you have added.
Enter the Owner and User Password in the boxes present on the software.
You can also give permissions like- Allow Content Copying or Extraction, Allow Changing the Document, Allow Low-Resolution Printing, and many others.
Then, you can edit the Meta Data of the PDF file to which you are applying the Restriction.
There is also an option to Save Attachments in Sub-Folder. You can tick this option to manage attachments accordingly.
Either choose the Add Passwords for Unprotected PDF(s) & Change Passwords for Protected PDF(s) or Add Passwords for Unprotected Files Only.
Finally, click on the Protect button and the protection will be applied to your PDF File.
Once the process is complete, click on the View button to see the PDF file where it is saved
You can also download the Report on the whole conversion process once your PDF file is protected.
