  • Disk Space: Enough space to store the recovered output
  • Windows: 11/10/8.1/8/7, 2008/2012 (32 & 64 bit), etc.
  • Support all the versions of Outlook PST
  • Microsoft Outlook installation is mandatory

Add PST Files   Add PST Files: Click on this to browse the PST files from your system.

Search PST Files   Search PST Files: It allows you to find the PST files.

Remove   Remove: Tap on this to exclude the added PST files.

Remove All   Remove All: It will enable you to remove all the Outlook data files.

Next   Next: Click on this to proceed further.

Back   Back: It offers you an option to go back to the previous step.

Close   Close: Press this button to close the software.

Software Working

Download and Install the SysInfo PST Merger Tool

  • Step 1: When you launch SysInfo Merge PST, it will give you two options to select 32 bit and 64 bit. Choose anyone that depends on your Outlook bit Version.

  • Step 2: The software shows you the working wizard mentioned below.

  • Step 3: You will find four options, use them as per your requirement:
    • Add PST Files:- Click on this to browse the PST files.
    • Search PST Files:- Tap on this to search PST files across your system.
    • Remove:- Click on this to remove the added PST file.
    • Remove All:- It allows you to exclude all the browsed PST files.

  • Step 4: Here, we select the Add PST files options.

  • Step 5: Select the PST files from your system and click Open.

  • Step 6: You can preview the added PST files and click the Next button.

  • Step 7: The software shows you different merge options; choose one as per your need:
    • Join PST Files: You can select the “Join PST Files” option to join selected PST files by creating a new folder for each PST file in a new PST file.
    • Merge PST Files: You can select the “Merge PST Files” option to merge all the folders of selected PST files in a new PST file. Also, users can remove duplicate items from the new PST file.
    • Merge Contacts: If you want to merge contacts only, you should use this option. It will only merge the contacts from selected PST files in a new file.

Steps to Join PST Files

Follow the steps from 1 to 7 and then follow the below steps to merge PST files into one:

  • Step 8: Now, select the Join PST File option.

  • Step 9: Remove Duplicates option get automatically disabled.

  • Step 10: Exclude Deleted Items:- Mark this option to remove deleted items from the added PST files.

  • Step 11: Select the output directory path to save the new PST file.

  • Step 12: You can also add the Add new PST file to the Outlook profile.

Steps to Merge PST Files
