  • Windows: 11/10/8.1/8/7, 2008/2012 (32 & 64 bit), etc.
  • Support all the versions of Outlook PST
  • Microsoft Outlook installation is mandatory

Add PST Files   Add PST Files: Click on this to browse the PST files from your system.

Search PST Files   Search PST Files: It allows you to find the PST files.

Remove   Remove: Tap on this to exclude the added PST files.

Remove All   Remove All: It will enable you to remove all the Outlook data files.

Next   Next: Click on this to proceed further.

Back   Back: It offers you an option to go back to the previous step.

Close   Close: Press this button to close the software.

Steps to Merge or Join Multiple PST Files into One PST File

  • Step 1: Lauch the Software and you will find these buttons in it.
    • Add Files:- Click on this to Browse the PST files.
    • Add Folder:- Click on this button to Add a Folder having multiple PST Files.
    • Remove:- Click on this to remove the added PST file.
    • Remove All:- It allows you to remove all the added PST files.

  • Step 2: Choose the PST Files that you want to merge and click on the Open Button.

  • Step 3: Click on the Next Button to go to the next step.

  • Step 4: Choose the PST Mailbox Items that you want to merge or join together.

  • Step 5: Choose whether you want to Join Two PSTs or Merge Two PSTs.
    • Join PST Files: You can select the “Join PST Files” option to join selected PST files by creating a new folder for each PST file in a new PST file.
    • Merge PST Files: You can select the “Merge PST Files” option to merge all the folders of selected PST files in a new PST file. Also, users can remove duplicate items from the new PST file.

  • Step 6: Select any one option and click on the Next button to continue.

  • Step 8: Apply the Date Range Filter if you want to merge emails from a specific date to a specific date.

  • Step 9: Then click on the Next Button to continue.

  • Step 10: Choose the Join in New PST option if you want to merge PSTs into a New PST File.

  • Step 11: Choose the Join in Existing PST and choose that PST through the Destination button if you merge all PSTs into an existing PST.

  • Step 12: Tick the Apply Password Box if you want to protect the resultant PST with a password and then enter any password you want to enter.

  • Step 13: You can even remove duplicate email items from the merged PST if you tick the Remove Duplicate Box.

  • Step 14: If you don’t want to merge the attachments of the PST files, mark the Remove Attachments Box.

  • Step 15: Click on the Join button and the PST Merge process will start.

  • Step 16: You can see the progress of the merging process and click on the Stop button if you want to stop the process in between.
