Download and Install the SysInfo PST to MSG Converter Tool
- Step 1: Start the Outlook PST file to MSG Converter Tool as administrator. i.e., “Run as Administrator.”
- Step 2: Here, you will find two different options:
- Single File:- It allows you to add an MSG file from the system.
- Multiple Files/Folder:- It will enable you to browse various MSG files or a folder containing several MSG files.
- Step 3: A select option is Multiple Files/Folder option and click the Next button.
- Step 4: Click on the Select Files button to add the MSG files from your PC and click the Next button.
- Step 5: Check the folders from the tree structure that you want to convert.
- Step 6: You can also preview the mail and their attachments files. Click the Next button to continue the process.
- Step 7: Now, select the saving format as MSG from the drop-down list of Saves/Backup/Migrate As options.
- Step 8: Remove Duplicate Mail:- It allows you to exclude similar emails from the chosen folders.
- Step 9: Save In Same Folder:- Opt for this to make the source and destination folder the same for the output folder.
Note:- After enabling this option, the Path To Save button gets automatically disabled.
- Step 10: Opt for these if you want:-
- Maintain Folder Hierarchy:- To preserve the original structure of the selected folders, files, and subfolders.
- Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachments Files:- You can also exclude the attachments files from the emails.
- Step 11: Check these options if required:
- Mail Filter:- It allows you to separate the emails between two date ranges.
- Task Filter:- To separate the PST tasks on two dates.
- Step 12: Naming Convention:- Choose the saving format from the drop-down list.
- Step 13: Custom Folder Name:- Mark this to enter the resultant folder name.
- Step 14: Click on these:
- Click on the Path To Save button to select the destination path for the resultant folder.
- Tap the Convert button to start the PST to MSG Conversion process.
- Step 15: By clicking on the Download Report button, you can also save the process report. Also, have an option to start the conversion again.
