Start the SysInfo DXL to PST Converter on your system as an administrator.
Now, click the Open button from the top pane. A dialog opens. Here, you can change the temp file path. Additionally, click the Add Files button.
Choose the DXL files from the system for conversion. Click Open to add them to the software wizard.
You can check the total number of DXL files added. You can add more or remove them as required. Click OK to continue.
The software starts scanning. Once done, click OK and expand the tree structure to view the added DXL files, folders, and subfolders.
Further, you can preview the folder’s details like To, From, Subject, Date/Time, and Message Content. Select the folders you want to convert.
Next, click the Save button to start the DXL to PST conversion process.
The software offers multiple saving options like PST, EML, MSG, RTF, HTML, and MBOX.
For DBX to PST Conversion, we will select the PST file format from the given options.
Choose one as per your requirement: Create separate PST file for each DXL file or Create single PST file for selected DXL files.
You can also import PST files directly into Outlook. To do so, tick the filter Attach PST File to MS Outlook.
Furthermore, you can select a predefined period from the Date Range or manually define it by providing a start date and end date.
Afterward, click the Browse (...) icon and provide an output folder path for the DXL file.
At last, you can select the filter to Save in Folder Hierarchy and then, click OK to initiate the conversion process
Wait until the process is completed. Once the saving process is finally done, click OK and close the software.
