Run the SysInfo DBX File Viewer Tool on your system as an administrator.

Now, click the Open icon from the top and select the DBX file to view from the system. Click Open to add it.

Now, choose a recovery mode: Standard, Advanced, or Deep to fix the errors in the DBX file.

Further, select the added DBX file to preview all the folders in it. You can check the following: From, Subject, To, Email Status, and Date/Time.

Finally, to view the data present in your DBX file, double-click on any email from the list and check the message in it.

Furthermore, you can save the viewed DBX file data in HTML format. Simply, click the Export button from the top to save data as an HTML file.
