Download and Install the SysInfo PDF to Excel Converter. Start the tool as an administrator on your PC.
Choose One: Add Files or Add Folder. Add Files allows selecting files one by one whereas Add Folder allows to add of an entire folder containing PDFs. Use Remove/Remove All to delete selection.
Select the PDF files from your system and click on the Open button to add to the tool.
If you added a password-protected PDF file, you need to enter their password. Click Ok.
Once you add the PDF files to the software, you can view the browsed file name, Path, Size, Max Pages, and Protection
Click the Destination Path button to assign the saving location for the Output folder and click Next.
Now, select the saving format from the Select Save As drop-down menu. Here, we choose the XLS file format
Check the option Save Attachments in a subfolder to download the PDF files attachments in a specific folder
Finally, click on the Convert button to start the conversion of PDF files into Excel spreadsheets.
Once the conversion is complete, you will find a pop-up: Process completed. Click Ok. Do as directed.
Later, hit on the Download Report button to save the conversion report.
