Launch the Excel to vCard Converter as an administrator. Click on the button Browse Excel to add an Excel file from your system.
A dialog box will pop up click on OK to proceed further. Browse the Excel from your system and click Open to add the file to the software wizard.
You'll now encounter two data loading options. Opt for the Standard Mode, and then proceed by clicking Load Data to load the complete Excel file.
To load specific data from the Excel file into the software wizard, click Advance Mode. Input the number of Rows and Columns, and then click Load Data.
Now, view the loaded data in the advanced preview panel.
Choose the option vCard to convert Excel to vCard. Click Next to proceed further.
For manual mapping, click the Manual Mapping option, choose the fields, and click the Add button to include the mapping fields.
To perform Auto Mapping, choose the Auto Mapping option, and then click the Auto Map button to add the fields automatically.
Ensure that all fields are mapped correctly. Click Next to proceed further.
Now, choose the features and filters from the software wizard.

Select Log Path to specify the location for the detailed log report. Also, choose Dest. Path to set the path for the newly generated vCard file.
Click the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.
After successful conversion click the Download Report button to download a detailed report file.
Select the option Text to convert Excel file to Text file and click Next.
Check the No. of Rows and Columns and click the Advance Options to create a file with a custom name.
Select Log Path to specify the location for the detailed log report. Also, choose Dest. Path to set the path for the newly generated Text file.
Hit the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.
After successful conversion click the Download Report button to download a detailed report file.
Select the option CSV to convert an Excel file to a CSV file. Click Next.
You can view no. of rows and columns in your Excel file. Click the Advance Options to create a file with a custom name.
Select Log Path to specify the location for the detailed log report. Also, choose Dest. Path to set the path for the newly generated Text file.
Hit the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.
After successful conversion click the Download Report button to download a detailed report file.
