Follow this step-by-step guide to convert your Excel Files to vCard Format
Step-1:
Install and Run Tool

Launch the Excel to vCard Converter as an administrator. Click on the button Browse Excel to add an Excel file from your system.

Add Excel File

A dialog box will pop up click on OK to proceed further. Browse the Excel from your system and click Open to add the file to the software wizard.

Load Excel Data

You'll now encounter two data loading options. Opt for the Standard Mode, and then proceed by clicking Load Data to load the complete Excel file.

Load Selective Data

To load specific data from the Excel file into the software wizard, click Advance Mode. Input the number of Rows and Columns, and then click Load Data.

Preview Data

Now, view the loaded data in the advanced preview panel.

Select Output Type

Choose the option vCard to convert Excel to vCard. Click Next to proceed further.

Map Data Manually

For manual mapping, click the Manual Mapping option, choose the fields, and click the Add button to include the mapping fields.

Map Data Automatically

To perform Auto Mapping, choose the Auto Mapping option, and then click the Auto Map button to add the fields automatically.

Recheck Mapping

Ensure that all fields are mapped correctly. Click Next to proceed further.

Apply Filters

Now, choose the features and filters from the software wizard.

  • Create a Single File for all Contacts: Utilize this feature to create a single vCard file for all the Excel contacts.
  • Save as Blank Contacts: This option allows you to save empty contacts as blank vCard contacts.
  • Select vCard Version: You have the liberty to choose the version of the vCard file.

Select Features

Some other notable features of this software are:

  • Remove Duplicacy: This feature allows you to remove duplicate contacts.
  • Naming Convention: You are free to select a name of your choice for your vCard file.

Specify Path

Select Log Path to specify the location for the detailed log report. Also, choose Dest. Path to set the path for the newly generated vCard file.

Convert Excel

Click the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.

After successful conversion click the Download Report button to download a detailed report file.

Follow steps 1 to 5 as in Excel to vCard conversion. Further, continue with the steps given below

Select Output Type

Select the option Text to convert Excel file to Text file and click Next.

Advance Options

Check the No. of Rows and Columns and click the Advance Options to create a file with a custom name.

Specify Path

Select Log Path to specify the location for the detailed log report. Also, choose Dest. Path to set the path for the newly generated Text file.

Hit the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.

Download Report

After successful conversion click the Download Report button to download a detailed report file.

Repeat the steps 1 to 5 as in Excel to vCard and then follow the steps mentioned below.

Select Output Type

Select the option CSV to convert an Excel file to a CSV file. Click Next.

Advance Options

You can view no. of rows and columns in your Excel file. Click the Advance Options to create a file with a custom name.

Select Log Path to specify the location for the detailed log report. Also, choose Dest. Path to set the path for the newly generated Text file.
