Step-1:
Launch IMAP Email Backup Tool

Install and run the SysInfo IMAP Backup Tool as an administrator on your device.

Choose options to Proceed

IMAP Yahoo Backup tool provides two advanced modes: Single Mode(Backup of Single Email Account) and Batch Mode(Backup of Multiple Email Accounts).

Select Single Mode

Click on Single Mode to backup of single email account. Enter the Email ID, Password, Host, and Port, and then click on the Login button.

Select Batch Mode

Batch mode allows users to import multiple Yahoo accounts. All you need to do is select the Import CSV option. After that, import a CSV file containing all your Yahoo Mail account credentials and then click on the Next button.

Select Mailbox Folder

Expand the Mailbox in the tree structure and select folders and subfolders to migrate. Click Next.

Select Saving Format

Now, choose the File Format option and select PST from the drop-down menu. Click Next.

After that, select the additional features to enhance the output.

  • Remove Duplicate Email: Utilize this feature to remove duplicates based on Subject, To, From, and Body.
  • Skip Previously Migrted: This option can be used to skip previous migrated emails.
  • Free Up Server Space: Use this filter to delete already backup IMAP Emails.
  • Migrate Email without Attachment Files: Exclude the attachments while migrating the IMAP Email.
  • Save Attachments in Folder: Save your attachments in a separate folder using this feature.

Apply other Notable Filter

Some of the other notable features of this tool:

  • Date Filter: This filter allows you to migrate selective EMLX files at a certain time.
  • Custom Folder Name: Use this feature to create an email custom folder name.
  • Split Resultant PST File: Break large-size PST files into small-size PST files.

Step-9:
Choose the Start Process

Lastly, click on the Start Process to begin the migration of IMAP Email to PST.

Follow the Step 1 to 5 same as migrating IMAP Email to PST. Further, continue to migrate IMAP to PDF.

Select Saving Format

Choose the File Format option and select the PDF option from the drop-down menu. Click Next.

Choose other notable features

Select some other notable features as:

  • Date Filter: Apply this feature to filter out emails based on dates like the Start Date and the End Date.
  • Custom Folder Name: Utilize this feature to create your customized folder name.

Select Start Process

At the end, click on the Start Process button to successfully migrate IMAP Email to PDF format.

Follow the above steps 1 to 5 same as migrating IMAP Email to PST. Now, continue the below steps to import IMAP to IMAP.

Choose Saving Format

Select saving format as an email client and click on IMAP from the drop-down menu. Click Next.

Now, enter your details like Email Address, Password, Port no, and Host, and then click on the Login button.
