Steps to Backup IMAP Emails into Different File Formats

• Step 1: Launch the IMAP Backup Tool
  
• Step 2: Click on the Import CSV Button having IMAP details.
  
• Step 3: Select the CSV File.
  
• Step 4: Click on the Did You Know button to get information about the software.
  
• Step 5: Mark the Email IDs that you want to backup and click on the Next button.
  
• Step 6: Your IMAP ID will load and you can wait for the completion of the process.
  
• Step 7: Select the Folders in the Mailbox and click on the Next Button.
  
• Step 8: Select the Email File Format to which you want to backup IMAP emails.
  
• Step 9: Define the path where you want to save the resultant email File.
  
• Step 10: If you have chosen PST File format, you can split it on the basis of size.
  
• Step 11: Mark the Free Up Server Space option to delete already backed-up IMAP emails.
  
• Step 12: You can even migrate IMAP emails without attachments and save attachments at your preferred location.
  
• Step 13: Use the Date Range Filter option to filter emails on basis of dates.
  
• Step 14: Remove duplicate emails on the basis of Subject, Body, From, and To.
  
• Step 15: Give a custom folder name if needed.
  
• Step 16: Finally, click on the Convert button to start the IMAP Backup Process.
  
• Step 17: You can even stop the IMAP backup process in between.
  
• Step 18: All the details of the backup process will be displayed after the completion of the process.
  
• Step 19: Click on the Download Report button to get the report of the IMAP Backup process.
  

Steps to Migrate IMAP emails to Other Email Clients

Follow the steps from 1 to 7 and then apply the steps given below for IMAP to Email Client Migration.

• Step 8: Choose the Email client to which you are backing up IMAP emails.
  
• Step 9: Define the log path and click on the Next button to go to the next step.
  
• Step 10: Then click on the Login button to go for modern authentication.
  
• Step 11: Enter the Email Address of the respective email client.
  
• Step 12: Login through the appropriate credentials.
  
• Step 13: You will receive the Authentication Successful message.
  
• Step 14: Click on the Assign Impersonation Right checkbox and click on Login.

• Step 20: Give a custom folder name if necessary.
  
• Step 21: Finally, click on the convert button and your IMAP emails will be backed up to the respective email client.
  
• Step 22: You can even download the report of the whole conversion process by clicking on the Download Report button.
