Steps to Backup Gmail emails Into Different File Format

  • Step 1: Start the Gmail Backup Software as an administrator on your system.

      Note:- If you check this option, then the Save Attachments Separately checkbox is automatically disabled.
    • Set Backup Schedule: Check this option to Set a day/time for the backup of Gmail emails.
