Start the SysInfo Upgrade and Downgrade PST Tool as an administrator on your system. It will show you a pop-up: Choose MS Outlook version, either 32-bit or 64-bit.
The application window will appear on the screen.
Click on the Add PST Files option to browse the Outlook data files. A pop-up appears- ‘Please make sure that the PST file is not corrupted.’ Click Ok.
Select the PST files to upgrade or downgrade from your system and click the Open button.
Once you have added PST files, here, you can preview the added PST files. Click the Next button to proceed further.
Next, click on the Browse button to select the output folder path.
You will see all folders of your system. Either you will select a desktop or another preferred location
Choose Convert ANSI to Unicode option; if you want to convert Outlook 2000 version PST files to Outlook(2003-2019).
Choose Convert Unicode to ANSI option; if you want to convert Outlook(2000-2019) to Outlook version 2000.
Click on the Convert PST files button to start the upgrade or downgrade process.
Keep in mind that, the demo version of the software will convert only 25 items per folder.
Finally, the conversion process is completed successfully. Do you want to close the application? Click Ok.
