Software Guide SysInfo PST Upgrade & Downgrade


Install and launch the Upgrade and Downgrade software. The application window will appear on the screen.

Step 1 PST Upgrade & Downgrade

Before adding the PST files into the list. Check which file is password protected. Accordingly, add the passwords in the list simultaneously.

Step 2 PST Upgrade & Downgrade

Select the PST file by clicking on add PST files button or search file PST button from the software window.

Step 3 PST Upgrade & Downgrade

The PST files you have selected are listed below in the window. Then click on NEXT Button.

Step 4 PST Upgrade & Downgrade

Select the destination folder where you want to save the PST files on the browse tab.

Step 5 PST Upgrade & Downgrade

Coming to this step, you need to select the folder which is suitable for the new PST files and simply click on the OK button.

As you can see the new path of PST is shown in the output path column. For new PST files, a new password can also be given. You get other different option to choose like encryption type of the PST file, select pst format to convert in and add the new PST file in Outlook. Down below select the Convert option of the folder.

Step 7 PST Upgrade & Downgrade

Wait for a minute until the process is running.

Step 8 PST Upgrade & Downgrade

At last, when the process will terminate. A success message will be displayed on your screen.
