Install and Run the SysInfo Zimbra Converter Tool as an Administrator.

On the tool panel, you can see the steps to follow in converting Zimbra files. Click on Continue, to begin with the process.

Click on either the Add File or Add Folder option to select and add the Zimbra Mail Email files from your system.

Now, browse for the Zimbra Mail files you want to convert. Click on Open to add the selected Zimbra Files. Hit Next to continue.

Now, select the files/folders from the tree structure format. Additionally, preview the added Zimbra files. Then, click on Next to proceed further.

From the drop-down list, select the PST as the saving format to convert the TGZ files to PST.

To select the mails concerning specific keywords, check the ‘Select Mails on the Basis of Specified Keywords’ feature. Use the Add and Remove buttons to add and remove the keywords.

• ‘Remove Duplicates on the basis of Subject, To, From, Body’ to eliminate identical emails, you can choose one or more options among Subject, To, From, and Body.
• Migrate or backup Emails without Attachment Files to create the backup of the files without attachments.

• If you want to filter the emails between dates, check on the Date Filter option. Enter the Start date and End date.
• You can enter the name of the resultant folder according to your choice in the Custom Folder Name option.

Click on the Path To Save icon to select the destination location for the output folder.

Click the Convert button to convert the Zimbra Mail file to PST file format.

A small window will appear stating that the File has been created successfully. Click on OK to proceed further.

The conversion process is completed. To download the report click on Download Report.
