Firstly, download the XML to PDF File Converter from the website. Install and run it on your PC as an administrator.
You will see multiple buttons on the first panel after the tool begins. Choose Select File or Select Folder to make the XML file selection.
Search XML files saved on your system, select those to convert, and click Open. This will add files to the tool.
Once you have added the files, the list of all XML files appears. You can see their size, path, and name. Use the Remove/Remove All button to delete files as required. Click Next to proceed.
In the next window, expand the tree structure to view all the added XML files.
Double-click the file from the tree hierarchy, and you will see all the subfiles within it. Then, double-click it and the browser preview opens.
Select XML files from the tree hierarchy and then click Next to confirm the conversion.
Next, expand the Convert/Backup As list. From the saving options, choose the PDF file format.
Use the filters below to enhance your resultant output:
Click on the Destination Path button to define the targeted saving location. Pick a directory from the system of your choice.
At last, tap the Convert button on the bottom right to save the XML file as a PDF on the PC.
Once the conversion is complete, click on Convert Again to restart the new conversion. Or, click on Download Report to save the conversion report. Press View to directly go to the destination of your saved PDF file.
