Steps to Remove Duplicates from the vCard (VCF) Files

• Step 1: Launch the Sysinfo vCard Duplicate Remover Software.
  
• Step 2: Then click on the Add Files or Add Folders button to add multiple VCF Files.
  
• Step 3: You can click on the Remove or Remove All button to remove any of the added VCF files.
  
• Step 4: After Adding the File, you can see the name, location, and no. of contacts on the file. Click on the Filter Panel button to move on to the next step.
  
• Step 5: There are multiple Duplicate Filters that you can choose for removing Duplicates.
  
  • All Fields Filter- This filter will remove duplicate contacts having the same values.
  • Selective Duplicate Setting- This filter will remove duplicates on the basis of First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address.
  
  
• Step 6: Now choose the saving option on the basis of which you want to save the fresh VCF file.
  
  • On the Basis of First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, or Email Address.
  • On the Basis of vCard File Name.
  
  
• Step 7: You can even create a single VCF for all the VCFs and save them to One VCF file only.
  
• Step 8: Then define the path where you want to save the New VCF file without Duplicates.
  
• Step 9: Click on the Next Button and the software will start removing duplicates from the VCF file.
  
• Step 10: In the end, you can download the Report and click on the Back button to start the software again.
