Install and Launch the SysInfo OST Splitter as an Administrator on your System.
Choose different options like Add Files to add oversized OST files and Add Folder to add the folder that contains OST files, etc.
Click on the Add Files to select the OST file from the system and hit the Open button.
Now, after previewing the added OST file into the software, click the Next button.
Here, you will find the tree structure containing folders of the selected OST files. Check the folders you want to split.
The tool offers you with several options to split the PST files. The different bases are: Size, Date, Sender, and Folders.
Select the Split OST File by Size option to reduce the OST file size based on size and click Next.
Select the size of the OST file that you want to set. Also, choose MB or GB according to your choices.

Choose the Date Filter option and enter the date based on From & To.
Select a type for your resultant PST. You can choose either to Create Single PST or Create Separate PST for all files.

Click on the Choose button to select the Destination Path of the new separated files.
Finally, tap on the Split button to begin the split process of selected oversized OST files into smaller files.
Lastly, click on the OK button to complete the process.
Choose the Split OST File by Sender option to reduce the OST file size based on the sender and click Next.
Choose the Sender Name option to reduce the OST file size based on the Sender Name or Sender Email Address.
Choose additional features like Ignore Duplicates to remove duplicate emails and apply a Password to set the password on the resultant OST file.
Click on the Choose button to select the Destination Path of the new separated files.
Finally, tap on the Split button to begin the split process of selected oversized OST files into smaller files.
Lastly, click on the OK button to complete the process.
Choose the Split OST File by Folder option to split the OST file.
Choose the Folder Path to save files option to split the OST file.
Choose additional features like Ignore Duplicates to remove duplicate emails and apply a Password to set the password on the resultant OST file.
Choose Single PST or Separate PST for Selected Folder option to save the OST File.
Tap on the Split button to begin the split process of selected oversized OST files into smaller files.
Lastly, click on the OK button to complete the process.
