Download and install the SysInfo PST to Office 365 Import Tool on the PC. Run it as an administrator and press Restore.
In the next window, you will receive a quick glimpse of the process to migrate PST to Office 365. Press Continue to proceed.
Further, the main tool window opens up. Here, select the PST or OST Outlook file type that you want to migrate.
Then, pick either the Select Single File or Select Folder radio option, depending on the file/folder you wish to add.
Now, click the Select File button and browse the OST/PST file on your system. Select the one you want to add and press Open.
Afterward, check the OST/PST file added and click Next to proceed toward the other step.
Now, check the list of all files added in the panel and, if required, eliminate individual files with the Remove button. Or, exclude all the files with the Remove All button and click Next.
Afterward, select a mode of login to your Office 365 account and enter the email. Choose the Assign Impersonation option (if needed) and click Sign In.
Furthermore, choose the correct Office 365 account from the browser. Ensure that your account is already logged in on your browser before you perform the sign-in.
Once you click on the Office 365 account chosen, a successful authentication message will be displayed. Close the browser window and move back to the tool once you see the message shown below.
Now, select Remove Duplicate on the basis of To, From, Subject, and Body filter from the menu and select the items and duplicate basis as per your choice.
If you want to perform selective migration of PST data from the mailbox, then use the Date Filter option and provide a Start Date and End Date. It will only migrate data for the particular period selected.
Thereafter, you can choose any of the following filters to apply as per your need:
Once all the necessary filters are applied, press Next.
Furthermore, choose the Office 365 mailbox from the source mailbox list where you want to import your data file. Tap Next.
Now, check the details in the panel and go to the Mailbox section. Select any file and expand Source Mailbox to choose the Office 365 destination: Mailbox, Public Folder, or Online Archive.
Finally, verify the details and mailbox selected to store the new data and click Restore.
