Download, install, and run the SysInfo PST Viewer on your Windows OS.

It displays the following:

  • Dashboard: Central workspace to load, manage, preview, repair, and remove PST files with complete email analysis features.
  • Load PST Files: Add Outlook PST files automatically from configured profiles or browse and select PST files manually from the system.
  • Save Repaired File: Save the repaired and recovered PST file securely to the desired location after fixing corruption issues.
  • Remove PST: Remove unwanted or incorrectly loaded PST files from the current session instantly without affecting original data.
  • Log Report: Generate and save detailed processing reports containing PST loading, repair, and recovery activities for future reference.
  • Load Outlook PST: Automatically fetch Outlook PST files linked with configured Outlook profiles for direct analysis.
  • Choose Manually: Browse and select PST files manually from local drives or external storage devices.

Dashboard Details

  • Folder List Panel: Displays all mailbox folders and subfolders available inside the loaded PST file in a structured hierarchy.
  • Select All Option: Select all mailbox folders together for quick analysis and processing of complete PST data.
  • Collapse All Option: Minimize all expanded folders instantly to maintain a clean and organized folder structure view.
  • Drop PST File Here: Drag and drop PST files directly into the software for faster loading and simplified processing.
  • Email Search Bar: Search emails instantly using keywords, sender names, subjects, or other mailbox attributes.
  • Configured Profiles Detection: Automatically identify and list all available Outlook profiles configured on the system for quick PST access.
  • Emails Preview Section: Displays a complete email listing with important fields like sender, subject, and email details.
  • Advanced Search: Perform precise email searches using filters like sender, recipient, subject, attachment status, and date range.
  • From Filter: Search emails by entering the sender’s name or email address for targeted email identification.
  • To Filter: Locate emails by specifying recipient names or email addresses within the mailbox.
  • Subject Filter: Find emails quickly using specific subject keywords or phrases.
  • Message Has Attachments: Filter and display only those emails that contain attachments.
  • Date Range Filter: Search emails between selected dates for accurate mailbox filtering.
  • Email Details Panel: Preview complete information and content of selected emails before recovery or saving, such as Body Tab, Attachments Tab, Notes Tab, Header Tab, MIME Tab, Raw HTML Tab, and Status Bar.

Launch and Load

Download and install the SysInfo PST Viewer Tool on your system.

Click on Load Outlook PST to fetch your files from your Outlook account, or you can choose manually from your device.

Single PDF Option: Merged PDF Option:
The Single PDF option saves each individual email as a separate PDF file. It helps users organize emails individually and access each message independently without merging them into one document. This option combines multiple emails into a single PDF document for easier storage and management. The software automatically splits the PDF file when its size exceeds the supported limit to maintain performance and accessibility.

Date Filter

  • Save All Time: Exports all emails without applying any date restrictions.
  • Save Between Selected Dates: Saves only emails that fall within the chosen start and end dates.
  • Do Not Save Between Selected Dates: Excludes emails from the selected date range during export.
  • Start Date: Defines the beginning date for filtering mailbox items.
  • End Date: Specifies the ending date for filtering emails during the export process.

This feature helps users continue interrupted export processes without restarting from the beginning. It automatically skips already exported files and resumes the remaining mailbox export operation efficiently.

  • Enable Skip/Resume Detection: Detects completed export files automatically and resumes unfinished export tasks without duplicating data.
  • Not Complete Files: Displays partially exported PST files that still need to be processed.
  • Target Path: Shows the location of unfinished PST files selected for resume export.
  • Output Folder: Displays the destination folder where resumed or exported files will be saved.
