Install the SysInfo Pegasus Mail Converter Software as an administrator on your OS.
This tool simplifies conversion in three easy steps:
Under the first step, within Source, you get two options to upload your Pegasus files:
Until you choose a file, it displays “No file selected” at the bottom left of the window.
Choose either of the Add options and browse for PMM files on your system. Select one or more and click Open to load the files into the software.
Once the files are uploaded, the left panel displays the total number of Pegasus files selected from a particular location along with the number of emails found in each.
Furthermore, double-click any PMM file to display all contained emails in the center panel. Also, the specific email count for the selected file is shown at the bottom left of the interface.
Note: “A single page can represent upto 50 emails.”
Within the Email tab, you can use the Search bar to locate any specific email with a keyword on the basis of From, Subject, and To. The search status is shown at the bottom left.
Double-click on any email and you can check its Preview in the right panel. The Preview shows the metadata and email body content of the email to verify its integrity before the final conversion.
Afterward, check the PMM files to include for the conversion from the left, and you can see the count of total selected files below it. Tap Next: Saving Options to proceed further.
Moving to the next step, you get a list of different saving file formats to choose from. You can pick any format as desired. Say, PST.
In the left panel, you get different filters, and in the right pane, some other smart features - explained deeply below. Note that “Choosing these filters and features is completely optional as per your requirements.”
Toggle on the Enable Date Filter option to pick a Start and End date from the calendar for the particular period you need to move the Pegasus emails to Outlook PST.
You can either choose to move Pegasus emails: only with attachments or only without attachments, as required for effective data outputs.
Using this filter, you can pick a specific Senders and Subject on the basis of which Pegasus emails need to be converted.
Here, you can choose to move only the unread emails by checking the box “Unread emails only”. Also, you can pick a specific email size of Pegasus emails to be moved. It can vary as: All sizes, Small (< 100KB), Medium (100KB - 1MB), and Large (>1MB).
Moving ahead, you can pick Pegasus emails for conversion based on specific keywords based on To, From, and Subject. You can use Add to input the Keyword and use Remove All to eliminate them if not required.
Besides the above filters, you get some more advanced feature options as:
