Steps to Convert Pegasus Files to PST Files

  • Step 1: Install and Run the software as an Administrator.
    Step-1
  • Step 2: In the opening wizard, you can see the steps involved in converting Pegasus files. Click on Continue to begin the process.

  • Step 3: Click on the Add File/Add Folder Options to select and add the Pegasus Mail email files from your system.

  • Step 4: Now, browse the Pegasus Mail Files you want to convert. Click on the Open button to finally add the selected files. Once, files are successfully added, click Next.

  • Step 5: You will receive an Import Successful pop-up. Click OK to proceed.

  • Step 6: On the next panel, expand the tree hierarchy of the added Pegasus Mail files. Select the specific folder (or all the folders) you need to convert.

  • Step 7: To preview emails and associated attachments, double-click on the folder. Search keywords to filter emails through the To, From, and Subject Column. Then, click on Next.

  • Step 8: Moving to the next panel, from the list of Saving Options, choose PST as the Output file.

  • Step 9: Now, you can apply the additional features given:
    • Migrate Emails without attachment files: Tick the checkbox to convert and save emails of the Pegasus files without attachments.
    • Custom Folder Name: Assign a desired name to the resultant folder, where output PST will be saved.

  • Step 10: Additionally, you can select the ‘Save Mails on the Basis of Specific Keywords’ option. You can select specific keywords in the To, From, and Subject options. This allows you to filter emails and convert only those emails containing particular keywords. You can also remove it if needed.

  • Step 11: Click on the Path To Save button to specify the saving destination for the output PST folder.

  • Step 12: Finally, click on Convert to begin the conversion of the Pegasus File to PST.

Steps to Convert Pegasus Files to PDF Format

Note:- Follow steps 1 to 7 as mentioned above and then go along with the below steps to convert Pegasus to PDF:

  • Step 14: Choose the PDF File format as the Saving Option on the left.

  • Step 15: Choose a range of additional built-in functionalities provided:
    • Check the Migrate Emails without Attachment Files option to exclude attachment files from conversion.
    • Select the Custom Folder Name option and assign a specific name to the resulting folder.
    • Opt for the Naming Convention feature to save emails with customized names based on a combination of To, From, Subject, and Date.

  • Step 16: Check the ‘Save Mails on the Basis of Specific Keywords’ option enables you to save all your emails based on selected keywords in the To, From, and Subject fields.

  • Step 17: To specify the saving location of the Output PDF file on the system, click on Path to Save.

  • Step 19: Once all selected Pegasus files are saved as PDF and you get the Files Saved pop-up, click OK.
