Launch the OLM to MSG Converter Tool as an administrator on your OS.

Click the buttons Select OLM Files and Select Folders to add the OLM Files from the system. Use the Remove Selected and Clear List to remove unneeded files from the software, added accidentally.

Browse the OLM Files in your system and click Open to add the files to the software wizard. Tap Proceed.

Once the file is added, click Expand All Folders to check all the files and folders in the file. Also, use the Search Folders option to look for a specific folder in the tree.

Preview the files you have added using the advanced preview panel in the software wizard. Use the Advanced Search option to locate specific emails using a keyword on the basis of To, From, or Subject.

If you cannot preview emails in the software or want to check them on the web. Then, checkbox the Open in browser if preview fails option and check your OLM data before conversion.

Select the files and folders to convert from the expanded tree structure hierarchy. Then, click on the Proceed button to move further.

To convert OLM emails to MSG file format, select Outlook Message(.MSG) from the File Formats drop-down menu.

You have the choice to explore optional features and filters. These include:

• Date Range Filter: The user has the option to migrate selective emails in a certain Time period.
• Custom Output Folder Name: Assign a custom name to the newly created folder.
• File Naming Policy: Pick a specific style to save your resultant file name in that order.
• Skip Existing Exports: To avoid the OLM files that have already been converted once for no duplicacy.

You can explore a few more filters with the MSG format as:

• Duplicate Detection: Exclude identical emails based on To, From, Body, Subject, and cc.
• Attachment Handling: The user has the option to exclude the OLM attachment files, save them separately, or insert them into the same file during the migration process.

Click the Browse button to pick a target location of your choice and press Start Export to save the resultant MSG file on the OS.

Once the migration is successful, click the Close button to close the pop-up of completion. Additionally, press the Export Log button to obtain a comprehensive report of the migration. Use Start New Export to restart the process.
