Download the NSF File Viewer Tool from the official website of SysInfo. Next, Install it on your system.

As you run the tool, this interface appears on the screen, confirming the installation of the IBM Notes. Click Ok.

Once the NSF Viewer Tool starts completely, you will see the following interface.

At the top, you will see two buttons: Add Files and Add Folder. To open and view NSF files you need to click on Add Files.

Click on Add Files and browse for the saved NSF file on your system. Select it and click Open.

Once you add the NSF file to the tool, it reads and fetches all data in the selected file. You can force-stop this procedure if needed.

Once the NSF file has been added successfully, the preview panel opens. This shows a list of folders in the tree hierarchy.

Choose any folder and double-click on it to load the list of emails/content within it.

Again, double-click on any specific email or click on the Mail button within the folder to see its preview.

Click on the Attachments button to see the associated attachment within the email.

Select folders from the preview list and click Next.

Note: You cannot read emails when selecting an entire folder (with NSF files). It will only show a list of files and the path in the preview.
