Steps to convert MSG files into MSG format while eliminating duplicates

• Step 1: Launch the Duplicate Remover for MSG Tool with administrative privileges. Select a desired option from Select File/Multiple Files or Select Folder.
  
• Step 2: Click on the Next button to proceed further.
  
• Step 3: Now click on the button Select Folder to add the folder containing MSG Files. Or else, click on Select Files to add MSG files.

  • Date Filter: Utilize this filter to remove duplicate MSG files within a certain time period.
  • Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachments: This option excludes the MSG file Attachments.

  • Naming Convention: This option allows a user to define a naming convention for the freshly created folder.
