  Remove button: Remove the applied date range.

  Stop button: Stop the backup process.

• Enter the Yahoo login credentials and click on the Login button. You can also save the credentials by selecting the Remember Credentials option.

• Opt for the saving format, and add the saving and temporary locations.

• Choose the Email format and click on the Next button.

• Select the folders to backup and provide the date range if needed. You can also give the naming convention that will give a name to save your backup for better handling.

• Opt for Delete after download if you want to delete the email items from the server after taking the backup of them. Click on the Yes button for the confirmation and then click on the Next button.

• The backup process will get started, wait for its completion.

• After the completion of the process click OK on the success notification for the backup. Then, exit the software wizard.

• Select the email client to forward the backup of Yahoo emails. Then, click on the Next button.

• Select the folders to forward as a backup. Provide the date range to filter emails.

• If you’ve selected the option to delete after download then click on Yes as a confirmation.

• Provide the login credentials for the destined or desired email client and click on the login button.

• Wait till the software forwards all the selected mailbox items.

• Click on the OK button after the completion of the forwarding process and exit the software.
