• Click the Add folder Button from the right side.
• Select the folder in which all the EMLX files are stored.
• Hit the OK button once the folder is added successfully.

Go for the Save As option in the software where you can select the output file format like EML, HTML, Gmail, PDF, etc in which to want to convert and save the EMLX files. Click on Save Button.

For saving EMLX message as PDF format

• Choose the PDF format from the Output format option.
• Click the Save button to start the conversion procedure.
• If you want to save some selective emlx files then use the date filter range feature of the software.
• Select the Apply button for converting EMLX files into PDF format.

• Select the date in from column to column.
• Add date in the selected area by clicking the Add Button.
• Press the Apply button to apply the date range.
• Repeat the process to add another date range(if you want to).

You can use the Naming Convention feature to save your output email files in different naming formats like Date (DD-MM-YYYY), Subject + Date (DD-MM-YYYY).

Check the Maintain Folder hierarchy option and click the Apply button, if you want to maintain the structure your email folders. After that, select the file saving option to start the conversion of EMLX files into the chosen file format.
