Step-1:
Install and Run the Tool

Install the SysInfo ICS Converter on your system and run the tool as an administrator.

Choose ICS Files

Click on Add File or Add Folder to pick a single file or a whole folder with ICS files. Select Files and click Open.

Check Added Files

All the added files will be shown in the tool panel. If you want to remove any file or all files, press Remove/Remove All as desired. Then, click Next to proceed further.

Preview ICS Files

You will see the tree structure in the left panel. Expand it and double-click on the files to see them in the preview panel. Further, you can double-click on the files to view content and attachments(if any).

Select Files to Convert

Select files from the tree layout that you want to convert. Click Next to move further.

Select PDF Format

Select the File Format option next to Save/Backup/Migrate As. Then, choose PDF as the saving file format in drop down.

Remove Duplicate Files

If you want to filter out duplicate files and remove those, select “Remove Duplicate ICS File On the Basis of Subject, Start date & End Date”.

Manage Attachments

You can choose Save Attachment Separately if you want to save the attachment in a separate folder, and tick Save Without Attachments if no attachments are required.

Merge All Data

If you want to get all the content into a single PDF, select Merge All Data In Single PDF File . And to get a separate PDF for each ICS file, check on Create Individual PDF For Each Calendar Item.

Step-10:
Skip Previously Migrated

With this feature, you can skip the migration of those files which already been migrated before. Select Skip Previously Migrated only if required.

Apply Date Filter

Select the option Date Filter to pick specific Date ranges for the ICS conversion process.

Assign Folder Name

You can assign a name to the output folder in the Custom Folder Name option.

Specify Destination Path

Click on Destination Path and locate the folder where you want the converted files to be saved. Then, click on Convert to start the conversion

Download Report

When the process is complete, the PDF file will be saved at the specified location. Click View to see the output file. Further, you can press Download Report to get the report in CSV format. Afterwards, you can click on Convert Again if you want to start a new conversion.
