Button
Buy: Click to buy the full version of the software.
Activation: You can activate the full version of the utility using the Order ID and Activation Key.
Help: Tap on this to know more about the working and features of the tool.
Info: This button gives you complete information about the utility.
Add Files: Click on this to add the large PST files into the tool.
Add Folder: Tap to add the folders containing large PST files.
Remove File: To remove the added PST files from the list.
Remove All: It will remove all the Outlook PST files present in the menu.
Log Path: Hit on this to assign the destination location of a log file.
Next: To move on to further steps in the tool.
Back: Press this to move on to the previous steps.
Choose: Use this to assign the destination path to the new separated PST files and temp files.
Split: Click on this to start the split process of large PST files into multiple PST files.

Download and Install the SysInfo PST Split Tool
- Step 1: Install and Run the SysInfo PST Split Tool as an Administrator on your PC.
- Step 2: After running the utility, you can find different options like:
- Add Files: Tap on this button to add large PST files into the Tool.
- Add Folder: To add the folder containing large PST files.
- Remove File: Click this to remove a chosen PST file from the menu.
- Remove All: To remove all the added PST files from the menu.
- Step 3: Click on the Add Files button to select the large PST file from the local system and click On the Open Button.
- Step 4: Here, you will find the added oversize PST files, tap Next to move further.
- Step 5: In another wizard, you will view the tree containing the folders present on the chosen PST files. Check the folders that you need to split.
- Step 6: Moreover, you can view different split options:
- Split PST file by Size: Select this to split oversize PST files into multiple PST based on size.
- Split PST file by Date: Opt with this to reduce large PST files into specific PST files based on date.
- Split PST file by Sender: Choose this to split the big PST files into various PST files based on the sender.
- Split by Folders: Go through with this to break large PST files into Small PST based on folders.
- Step 7: After selecting the appropriate split option, click Next. (Here, I pick Split PST File by Size option)
- Step 8: Here, select the PST file size that you want to set. In addition, opt with MB or GB according to your needs.
- Step 9: If required, check these features:
- Ignore Duplicate Mails:- Check this to ignore similar emails from the chosen PST files.
- Apply Password:- Tick this to secure new PST Files with Password Protection.
- Show Password:- By checking this, you can also view the set password.
- Step 10: Tap on the Choose button to assign a destination path to newly split PST files.
- Step 11: Here, you can also assign the destination location to the temp file by clicking on the Choose.
- Step 12: Now, click the Split button to begin the split process of large PST files into multiple PST.
- Step 13: Wait till the split process is on the running stage.
- Step 14: Finally, you will find a popup tab on your screen that shows a notification(Split PST files are successfully saved). Click Ok.
