How to Restore Corrupted PST File Using SysInfo PST Recovery
Download and Launch the SysInfo Outlook PST Repair Tool. Now choose the MS Outlook version 32 bit or 64 bit and then click on OK button.
Click "Open" button from the taskbar menu and select the PST file from the system directory.
Search feature is available to find the PST files, just select the drive from which you want to locate and the software will automatically list down all the PST files from the selected directory.
Choose the "Recovery Mode" as per the level of corruption
Now check in the checkbox of "Handle alignment error" and " Auto Detect" to identify the PST file type. If your Outlook PST is encrypted then choose the encryption type. Here we choose "No Encryption" and click on OK button.
Within a few second, scanning process will be completed and in the right pane all the mail items will be displayed in the tree structure hierarchy. Click "Ok" and proceed.
Now you can check the preview of all your mail items. Select the emails and check the preview in details.
Now choose the mailbox folder and click on "Save" button from the taskbar. Select the location to save the resultant output and click "OK" to proceed.
Now choose the option to save the resultant output in EML, DBX, MSG, PST, MBOX and Archive file format. Here we choose "Save as PST" option.
Now check in the checkbox of "Hierarchy maintenance", "Attach PST file to Outlook" and "Date Range" features to export the selected data. Refer the screenshot to clear your doubts.
Within a couple of minutes, the recovery process will be successfully completed.
The file saving process has been completed successfully. Click on OK and take exit from the software.
Now, follow the steps to Import this PST files in MS Outlook.
Open the MS Outlook > Click Open & Export> and then Import/Export option.
Now Select "Import from another program or file", and then click Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
Now browse the resultant PST file and deal with the available options and then click "Next".
Choose "Finish". Outlook starts importing the contents of your .pst file immediately. When the progress box disappears, the import is finished.
