Download and Install the SysInfo SQL Transaction Log Recovery

  • Step 1: Start the SysInfo SQL Transaction Log Recovery Tool as an administrator.

  • Step 2: Browse the files from the system:
    • LDF File:- It allows users to add the LDF file from a PC.
      Step 2
    • MDF File:- It allows users to add the MDF file from a PC.
      Step 2
  • Step 3: Once you browsed the LDF and MDF files in the software, click Next.

  • Step 4: Once the scanning process gets done, you can see your recovered data in the preview pane of the software.

  • Step 5: Select the log files and folders you want to save. You can also preview the SQL file version SQL file collation, and details here.

  • Step 6: Now, click on the Save button to go on the restoration procedure.

  • Step 7: Here, you can choose either of the two options,i.e., Save in SQL Server Database or Save as SQL Script.
    • Save in SQL Server Database:- Under Save in SQL Server Database option, either select Windows Authentication or SQL Server Authentication to save the log file directly to SQL Server Database.
    • Save as SQL Script:- Choose Save as SQL Script option and browse for the location to save recovered log files.

  • Step 8: You can also save the table constraints and enable the operations you want to Save: INSERT, DELETE and UPDATE.

  • Step 9: Date range option to download recovered data within a specific date.

  • Step 10: Click on the Ok button to start the saving process.

  • Step 11: Once the saving process gets completed, you will get a dialogue box showing the successful message. And finally, close the application.
