Step by Step Guide to use MBOX to NSF Converter Tool
- Step 1: Click on the Open icon to browse and embed the MBOX file within the MBOX to NSF Converter Software.
- Step 2: Now Choose the browse button to go to the location where you have kept your .mbox or .mbx file.
- Step 3: Choose the right MBOX file that needs to be converted to NSF format.
- Step 4: After you have chosen the file, it will scan the file and open file in the application. Press Ok from the alert box saying scanning is completed.
- Step 5: You can preview your emails here before you save it. To save the MBOX file as NSF, select the save icon from the taskbar.
- Step 6: Now choose the location to save the output file in the system and press OK.
- Step 7: Press Ok, once the saving process is completed. This will save your file at your defined location.
Now, you can open the outlook NSF file in Lotus Notes Email after the conversion.
