Download the MBOX to PST Converter and install it on your system. Run the tool as an administrator.

Note: As soon as the application starts, the window will ask you to select the MS Outlook version: 32 or 64-bit. Choose the version in which you are working and click OK.

In the opening wizard, select the Open icon to choose the MBOX file to convert. Click Next.

Click on the Add Files button to insert files from your system. Select files and click Open.

Now, you can find your selected files here. Alternatively, you can search files if you cannot find them in a specific folder by clicking the Search File Option. Press OK to proceed.

It will take a few minutes to complete the scanning process, depending on the file size. Once completed, a message pops up as shown below. Click OK to continue.

After the scanning process, you can find a preview window. There, double-click on the MBOX file to open from the left pane. A pop-up appears “Click on emails to preview”. Click OK. Select the email to view its content in the Output column.

To save the chosen MBOX file, click on Save. The save output dialog box appears. This tool provides different formats like PST, EML, MSG, etc.

Further, to convert the MBOX file to PST, choose Save as PST option from the given formats.

Choose either of the two options: Create a Separate PST file per MBOX file or Create a single PST file for the selected MBOX file. It also gives an option to save files in Folder Hierarchy.

This tool also has an option to attach PST files in MS Outlook. Tick the checkbox to store your MBOX TO PST file in MS Outlook.

Specify the destination to save the converted MBOX file. Click Ok.
