Firstly, visit the website and search for XML Converter Tool. Install the tool and run it on your PC.
You will see multiple buttons on the first panel after running the tool. Opt for Select File/Select Folder to make the file selection.
Search XML files saved on your system. Select files to convert and click on Open. This will add files to the tool.
Once you have added the files, the list appears. You can see the size, path, and name of the added files. Use the Remove/Remove All button to delete files. Click Next.
In the next panel, you can see the preview of all XML files. Expand the tree hierarchy and double-click on the file open file content.
Select files from the tree hierarchy and then, click on Next to confirm the conversion.
Next, expand the Convert/Backup As list. From the saving options, choose the appropriate option. Here, we choose PDF.
Select the option “Custom Folder Name” to specify the name for the destination folder. Enter a name in the given field.
Further, select the option (highlighted in red), “Add Page Numbers to Each Page”. This will add page numbers in the pages of the resultant file.
Click on the Destination Path button to define the saving location. Choose a directory from the system and select.
At last, you will see a Convert button on the right-bottom. Click on the Convert button.
You will see the XML to PDF conversion process begins. You can interrupt by clicking on the Stop button.
Once the conversion is complete, click on Convert Again to restart the new conversion. Or, click on Download Report to save the conversion report.
