Install the SysInfo Maildir Converter and launch it as Administrator. Then, click Continue to proceed.
Click Select Files to add one or more Maildir files, or choose Select Folder to load an entire folder containing Maildir data.
If any file is added by mistake, click Remove to delete a single file or Remove All to clear the entire list.
Browse and select the Maildir files from your system. Click Open to add them, then click Next to continue.
The software will begin scanning the selected Maildir data. Once the process is complete, expand the tree hierarchy to view all files along with their folders and subfolders.
You can now preview Maildir data, including details like From, Subject, Date, Message, Attachments, and total message count. Select the required folders for conversion and click Next to proceed.
Enter a keyword in the Search on Table option to quickly find any email in the table. It is useful when there are many emails listed.
The software offers multiple saving options. Choose Convert as File Formats and select PST from the drop-down list.
Use the Remove Duplicate Mail feature to eliminate identical emails based on criteria like To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
Enable the Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachments option to exclude attachments from emails during the Maildir migration process.
Enable the Mail Filter option to migrate emails within a specific date range. Enter the start date and end date to filter the required emails.
You can apply additional filters as needed:
Click the Path to Save button to choose the desired location for saving the resultant folder.
Finally, click the Convert button to start converting Maildir files into PST format.
Once the conversion is complete, you can click Download Report to download the report for reference or choose Convert Again to restart the process.
Choose Convert as Email Clients and select the desired email client from the drop-down list. For example, select Office 365 for migration.
Enter your Office 365 email ID and click Sign In. You will be redirected to a browser. Select your account and complete the authentication process.
You can either log in using Modern authentication. Select the Modern Authentication checkbox and enter the required details such as Client ID, Tenant ID, Secret Value, and Microsoft Azure Admin ID. Then, click Authenticate to log in.
Return to the tool and apply additional filters as needed:
Choose the destination, such as Mailbox, Public Folder, or Online Archive, to save the converted data in Office 365.
CFinally, click Convert to start migrating Maildir files and folders to your Office 365 account.
After the process is complete, click Download Report to view a detailed log. You can also choose Convert Again to restart the process.
