Download, install, and use the SysInfo EPUB File Converter Tool. Go to Single File Conversion from the left panel.

Tap the Browse File button from the Source File and choose a single EPUB file from the open system files dialog. Tap Open, or you can drag and drop the EPUB file.

Further, click the Preview File button to check the message contents and metadata within your EPUB file. Use the Close Preview button to close the dialog when verified.

Tap the Browse Folder button from the Destination Folder and select a target location on your PC to save the resultant file. Press Open to choose.

Expand the Output Format list and select the desired file format in which you want to save your EPUB data. Let’s say we choose PDF.

Once everything is set, you see the Ready status below. Use the Reset button if you want to make any changes to the selected settings. If everything is correct, tap Start Conversion to initiate the process.

You can check the live logging of the conversion process and status. From Ready, it changes to Converting. It displays exact steps taken, any warnings, and the final output file path for your records. The progress bar fills as the file is processed. Press Clear Logs to remove the entire data, if needed.

This panel displays the Task ID, File Name, Size, Format, Status, Progress, Elapsed Time, View, and Output Path of the entire conversion. You can check if your file is converting or completed, and so on. Also, you get two options here:

• Cancel All: To stop the running process entirely from proceeding with the conversion.
• Clear Queue History: To eliminate the records of the conversions.

Once the conversion completes, click Activity Logs from the left pane and review the conversion details. Use any of these features:

• Flush Console to clear the records.
• Export Trace Archive to save the conversion details on the PC. Once you click it, a dialog appears, select a location to save the file, and tap Open/Save.

After your export archive log file is downloaded, a message appears on the screen. Tap OK.

Download and run the SysInfo EPUB Converter. Go to Bulk Conversion from the left panel.

Click Add Files or Add Folder in the right pane to select the source EPUB files from the system. Select them and click Open to load.

Once the files are uploaded, check their details like Path, Size, Format, and Status. Use the Clear All button to remove the uploaded files.

Further, expand the Output Formats list and select the desired file format of your choice to save EPUB data to. Say, JSON Report.

Tap Browse Folder from Destination Folder, and a dialog opens. Select the target folder and click Open to save the data within it.

You can see the Ready status in the panel. Tap Start Bulk Conversion to batch convert the selected EPUB files. Use the Queue Overview button to move to the Conversion Queue section for detailed analysis.

Use this panel to check the key details of the conversion process, such as Task ID, File Name, Size, Format, Status (Failed/Completed/Converting), Progress, Elapsed Time, Output Path, and View. Also, use:

• Cancel All: If any process is still in the running phase, and you need to halt it, use this option.
• Clear Queue History: This will remove all the recorded data of the bulk conversion process.

Click the View button in front of any converted file that you want to check, and it will redirect to the target folder where it is saved. You can directly open and check the data contents.

After the conversion finishes, move to the Activity Log window to see the analysis of the complete conversion status, processed mailbox details, successful exports, and any skipped items. Use Flush Console to remove the record and Export Trace Archive to save the audit log on the system

Finally, when the report log is downloaded on the system, a message appears on it. Click OK to close.

You can check the status of the total executed jobs, completed, failed, and in progress conversions. You can move back and forth this panel at any time while the process runs in the background.
