Run the tool on your PC. The software shows you two different options:
We will choose to remove the duplicate from the CSV file.
Click on the Add Files option to add all CSV files you want to remove duplicates from. You can also click on the Add Folder option to choose an entire folder containing CSV files.
Select all desired CSV files and click on Open to add files to the tool.
After you have added all CSVs to the tool, you can choose to remove them using the Remove/Remove All button on the top. Click Next to proceed.
Double-click on the 'Selected CSV File' to expand the tree, showing all the CSV files you have selected.
Further, double-click on each CSV file to see the records and select criteria to remove duplicates. You will see options under 'Remove Duplicates Based on:' to select accordingly.
Once you specify duplicate removal criteria for all CSV. click Next to move further.
On the next interface, you can set the path for Log, Temp, and Output Files.
Also, you can choose the 'Consider Case Sensitive Data' option to treat uppercase and lowercase data as distinct while removing duplicates.
Hit on the Next button to begin the CSV duplicate removal process.
After the process is complete, you will receive a pop-up “Process has been completed successfully.” Click on OK to end.
At last, choose Home to start the process again. Or the Get Report option to see the process report.
