Download and install the SysInfo PST to NSF Converter Tool as an administrator on your device.

Now, you can view the pop-up box that shows: Access to File System is enabled and IBM Notes Installed. Click Ok.

A software wizard opens on the screen displaying options:

• Single File: Select this to add a specific Outlook PST file into the software.
• Multiple Files: Opt with this to select multiple PST files from the system.

Here, I select the Single file option and click on the Browser button to add PST files to the utility. Click on the Next button.

Another window shows you the tree structure containing all the folders present in the selected PST files.

Check the folders you want to export. Moreover, You can also preview the attributes and attachments of a specific email. Click on the Next button to move on to another step.

Select NSF file format from the drop-down menu.

Check these features, if required:

• Mail Filter:- Opt with this to separate the emails of chosen PST files into a specific date range.
• Task Filter:- Select this option to filter the tasks of selected PST files between the Start Date and the End Date.

If necessary, select these options:

• Remove Duplicate Mail: Check this option to remove repetitive emails from the selected Outlook PST files.
• Custom Folder Name: Tick this option to define the name of the resultant folder.

Opt with these features:

• Naming Convention:- Go through with this to select the saving format of the new output folder from the drop-down menu.
• Path To Save:- Tap on this to assign the destination path to the new resultant NSF file.

Now, click on the Convert button to begin the conversion process of Outlook PST files into NSF Lotus Notes.

Tap on the Download Report button to save the log report of the conversion. Moreover, you can start the conversion again by clicking on the Convert Again button.
