Activate  Activate:- Tap on this to perform the activation procedure.

Help  About:- It provides users with information about the software.

info  Help:- Select this for taking help regarding working and features.

Sign In  Add Files:- It allows you to add PDF files to the tool.

Next  Add Folder:- It enables users to add the folder containing multiple PDFs.

Previous  Remove:- Opt with this to remove the added PDF file from the software.

Path To Save  Remove All:- Go through with this to remove all the added PDF files.

Convert  Log File:- Select to add the destination location for the newly generated log report.

Download Report  Destination Path:- Try this to assign or change the saving location of the new resultant folder.

Convert  Next:- Click on this to proceed on to further steps.

Back  Back:- Tap on this to move on to the previous process.

Convert  Convert:- It allows users to start the conversion of PDF files into desired formats.

Home  Home:- Click on this to start conversion again.

Exit  Exit:- Opt with this to close the software.

Download Report  Download Report:- It allows users to save the report of the migration process.

Software Working

Convert PDF to Doc, Excel, HTML, XML, and other File Formats

  • Step 1: Launch the Sysinfo PDF Converter Software and Click on the Add File or Add Folder Button.

  • Step 2: Choose the PDF file that you want to convert and click on the Open button.
    Step 2
  • Step 3: You can See the Added PDF files in the software. Then set the Destination Path where you want to save the converted PDFs and click on Next to continue.

  • Step 4: Now choose the Saving option as DOC or DOCx and click on the Convert Button.

  • Step 5: The Conversion process will start and you can see the progress in the Progress Bar.

  • Step 6: Once the whole process Completes, you will receive a Confirmation Message. Click on OK to move on to the last step.

  • Step 7:In the End, Click on View to open the folder where converted files are saved, click on Home to make the conversion again, and click on Download Report to have a report of the whole conversion process.

Convert PDF to JPEG and Other Image File Formats

Follow the Steps from Step 1 to Step 3 and then implement the following steps:-

  • Step 4: In the Save As option Choose JPEG or any other image file format.

  • Step 5: Tick mark the Pixel Box and you can define the Width and Height in Pixels you want in your image.

  • Step 6: Define the DPI of your choice in the Resolution you want to keep in the converted Image.

  • Step 7: Set the Image Quality you want to keep in this box.

  • Step 8: Mark the Save Attachments Separately box if you want to save your PDF attachments in a separate folder. Click on Convert to start the PDF to JEPG Conversion.

  • Step 9: After the Completion of the conversion process, you will receive a confirmation message. Click on OK to move to the final step.

  • Step 10: Finally, click on View to open the files that are converted, click on Home to do the conversion again, and click on Download Report to have a report of the whole conversion process.
