Steps to Convert OST Files into Different File Formats

  • Step 1: Install and Run the SysInfo OST to PST Converter as an Administrator on your PC.

  • Step 2: In the opening wizard, you can view two options: Single File/ Multiple Files or Select Folder.

  • Step 3: I select the Single File/ Multiple Files option and click on the Next button.

  • Step 6: You will find the tree structure containing files and folders present on the chosen OST files.

  • Step 8: Here, you can preview detailed information like Total Message Count, From, Subject, Date, Attachments, and the message of a specific email. Tap Next.

    Note:- After selecting this option, the Path To Save button gets automatically disabled.

    • Maintain Folder Hierarchy:- To maintain hierarchy as per the original structure.
    • Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachments Files: Select this to exclude attachments from the emails.
    • Split Resultant PST: Choose this option to split your resultant large PST file into smaller size files.

  • Step 13: Check the Date Filter Option to export emails on selective dates.

    • Path To Save:- To pick a destination path for the new output folder.
    • Convert:- Tap on this to begin the conversion of OST files into PST.

Steps to Import OST Files into Various Email Clients

Follow the above steps from 1 to 8 and then go along with the below steps to import OST files into different email clients:

  • Step 9: Now, click the Email Client option and choose an Email Client from the drop-down menu. (Here, I pick Office 365 Email Clients.)
